Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Spiral Studio online shop.
Spiral Studio is currently operated as a small private hobby activity in Norway, creating and selling 3D-printed products.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms described below.
Products and 3D Printing
Our products are individually 3D printed and may therefore have small variations in colour, surface finish and appearance.
Visible layer lines, small surface variations and minor differences between products are a natural part of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily considered defects.
Product colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and the filament used.
Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner (NOK) unless otherwise stated.
The total price of your order, including any applicable shipping costs, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment can be made using the payment methods available at checkout.
Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or technical error, or we are unable to fulfill the order. If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount paid will be refunded.
Production, Shipping and Delivery
Many Spiral Studio products are produced individually. Processing time may therefore vary depending on the product, quantity and current workload.
We currently offer normal online ordering and delivery within Norway.
Shipping costs and available delivery options will be displayed during checkout where applicable.
Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.
International Orders
Our standard online checkout is currently intended for customers in Norway.
If you are located outside Norway and would like to purchase a product, please contact us before ordering at kontakt@spiralstudio.no. We can then check whether delivery to your country is possible and provide information about shipping costs.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your purchase, you may notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase within the applicable withdrawal period.
Please contact us before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return information.
Unless otherwise required by law or agreed with us, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning a product when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Products should be returned in substantially the same condition in which they were received.

Custom and Personalised Products
Spiral Studio also accepts requests for custom 3D-printed products.
Before production begins, we will normally agree with you on the main details of the project, such as design, material, colour, size and price.
Please check these details carefully before approving a custom order.
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made specifically according to the customer’s specifications or products that are clearly personalised, where the relevant legal exception applies.
Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please contact us at orders@spiralstudio.no as soon as reasonably possible.
Please include your order number and, when relevant, photographs showing the problem. We will assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer legislation.
Product Use and Safety
Please follow any product-specific information or safety instructions provided with the product or on the product page.
Fidget and sensory products may contain small or movable parts and may not be suitable for young children. Products should be used according to the age recommendations and information provided for the individual product.
3D-printed products should not be exposed to excessive heat unless the product information specifically states that the material is suitable for such conditions.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary, for example when our products, delivery methods or business setup change.
The terms applicable to an order are those available at the time the order is placed.
