Shipping
We currently ship orders within Norway.
Products are prepared and packed with care before shipping. As many of our products are 3D printed individually, processing times may vary depending on the product and the size of your order. Estimated processing and delivery information will be shown with your order.
International shipping
Our online checkout currently supports delivery within Norway. If you are located outside Norway and would like to order from Spiral Studio, please contact us at kontakt@spiralstudio.no before placing your order. We will let you know whether shipping to your country is possible and provide information about shipping costs.
Returns & right of withdrawal
For standard products purchased through our online shop, you have the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable Norwegian consumer law. Please contact us if you wish to return an item so we can provide return instructions.
The product should be returned in substantially the same condition as received. The customer is normally responsible for return shipping costs when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Custom and personalised products
Products made specifically to your specifications or clearly personalised may be exempt from the right of withdrawal. We will make this clear when agreeing on a custom order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@spiralstudio.no. Include your order number and, if possible, photos showing the issue so we can help resolve it.
About 3D-printed products
3D-printed objects are produced layer by layer. Small layer lines and minor variations in surface finish or colour are a normal part of the 3D-printing process and are not necessarily considered defects.
